Fábio Tofic Simantob
Fábio holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an LL.B. from the same institution. He is a founding member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD), where he served as President from 2016 to 2019 and currently serves as Vice President of its Board of Directors. He is also a former Second Vice President of the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM). Fábio previously served as President of the Centro Acadêmico 22 de Agosto and has authored numerous articles published in leading newspapers and legal journals.
Mario de Magalhães Papaterra Limongi
Mario holds an LL.B. from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He served as a Public Prosecutor in the State of São Paulo for 47 years before retiring to join the firm as Of Counsel. During his tenure at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, he worked across multiple jurisdictions and held several key positions, including Prosecutor before the First Jury Court, Advisor to the Attorney General, and Appellate Prosecutor. He also served as Deputy Secretary of Public Security under Governor Mário Covas and then Vice Governor Geraldo Alckmin.
Gustavo Neno Altman
Gustavo holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from the Universidad de Barcelona and Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Spain, and an LL.B. from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He also served as a teaching assistant in Criminal Law at the same institution. He is a member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD) and the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM).

Laura holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an LL.B. from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). She is a member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD).
Tiago holds an LL.B. from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He is a member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD).
Pedro is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Criminology and holds an LL.B. from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He is a researcher at the Centro de Pesquisa e Extensão em Ciências Criminais da Universidade de São Paulo (CPECC-USP) and previously served as a teaching assistant in Criminology at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He completed an academic exchange program at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). Pedro is a member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD) and the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM).
Giovanna holds a postgraduate specialization in Criminal Law and Criminology from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) and an LL.B. from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). She completed an academic exchange program in Criminology at the Universidade do Porto (U.Porto), Portugal. She serves as a teaching assistant in Criminal Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and is a member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD).
Leonardo holds an LL.B. from the Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Economic Criminal Law at the Instituto de Direito Penal Econômico Europeu of the Universidade de Coimbra (IDPEE/UC). He is a member of the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM).
Guilherme holds an LL.B. from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He is a member of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD).
Pedro holds an LL.B. from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the same institution.
