“The criminal ruling requires evidence and the certainty of a crime. Moral condemnation has no place in court.”
We believe that a criminal lawyer must have a classical legal background and a thorough knowledge of case law and criminal doctrine. He or she also needs a strong sense of justice, courage to face the prosecution, and the argumentative ability to convince a judge. For us this is just the starting point for the building of a strong defense. We know that a case cannot be won with legal knowledge alone. The lawyer needs to understand the client’s reality, background, facts and circumstances because no two cases are alike. A high level of humanity is also essential. We understand that the process itself is punishment for the client. We, therefore, always strive to find initiatives that will solve the case in the best possible way and in the shortest time possible.
